The Argentine government presented measures to offset the impact of inflation, which exceeds 100% annually.
Economy Minister Sergio Massa announced them on social networks on Sunday.
They are aimed at wage earners, self-employed workers and pensioner.
They also target beneficiaries of social plans and small businesses, among other sectors.
"The main objective is that each of the sectors of the economy get some state support, " Massa said in a post published on Sunday.
One of the main announcements is a one-time wage boost of 60,000 pesos (about $150) for employees with a monthly income of up to $1100.
It will be paid in two installments and smaller companies will be subsidized in part to pay it.
The minister also advanced credits for workers of up to 48 months, with a lower interest rate than the financial market.
Pensioners, meanwhile, will receive an extra 100 dollars in September, October and November.
Another measure is a 90-day freeze on the price of private medical services for families with incomes of up to $5,700 a month.
The announcements are aimed at mitigating the consequences of inflation, which is running at around 7% a month.
Minister Massa, it is worth remembering, is also a presidential candidate for the ruling coalition Unión por la Patria in the 22 October elections.
