Cristina Fernández said we are remodeling our system of imprisonment and we have called for bids to eradicate the last prison premise from the city of Buenos Aires.
The President said there’s an exact combination between security and human rights.
The head of state presented the new materials for the jail system and said our system is obsolete; delinquency is ahead of us and changing has become a must.
She held that a new process of unity has been launched, therefore the articulation of forces is essential. She also announced that muggings outside bank doors had dropped by 80%.
Finally, she summoned everybody to rebuild their trust in the security forces and offer a hard struggle to insecurity.
