We talk about two Air Force retired officers and six provincial police officers who integrate task force groups during the dictatorship.
The decision was made by Federal Judge in Reconquista, Aldo Alurralde, as part of an investigation of a repressive circuit in the northern side of the province.
Air Force officers are Commodore Danilo Sambuelli and Mayor Jorge Alberto Benítez; and police officers are Carlos Nickish, Eduardo Luque, Rubén Molina, Arnaldo Neuman, Horacio Machuca and Héctor Aglieri.
All of them have been processed on kidnapping and torture, from 10 to 40 cases but four of them (Sambuelli, Molina, Neumann y Machuca) have also being charged with reiterated rape, all of them crimes against humanity.
Another three police officers are also being investigated in the case, Alberto Leguizamón, who could not be questioned for health reasons, and Juan Antonio Mulasano & Omar Noce, who are still deserters.
