Attorney Carlos Gonella evaluated that the testimonies rendered “proved the charges against the defendants” in the proceedings carried out in the province of Cordoba against repressors Jorge Rafael Videla & Luciano Benjamín Menéndez, for crimes against humanity committed during last military dictatorship in the mentioned province Trial of Videla & Menéndez
The Court Prosecutor accepted all the charges against the repressors. Attorney Carlos Gonella evaluated that the testimonies rendered “proved the charges against the defendants” in the proceedings carried out in the province of Cordoba against repressors Jorge Rafael Videla & Luciano Benjamín Menéndez, for crimes against humanity committed during last military dictatorship in the mentioned province.
Gonella, the prosecutor, together with Maximiliano Hairabedian, added that “victims’ testimonies heard during the proceedings proved they had been subjected to violent treatment, improper detention conditions, humiliation and other sufferings during their stay at the Penitentiary Unit San Martin, in the city of Cordoba and other detention centers.
