More efficiency at Court

General attorney at the Criminal Court, Javier De Luca, suggested to the president of the Court, Pedro David, that measures should be taken to speed up legal investigation and oral trials in cases against humanity.

De Luca warned about the existence of proceedings that delay the regular evolution of cases at court.

Among the measures suggested by the General Attorney, he said that preliminary investigation and indictment should be solved in a three-day period during the preliminary investigation stage at Court.

In case they can not be solved in the said term, the Court should dismiss the case to prevent the proceeding from falling into eternal delay.
