While heading the Social Forum between Argentina & Brazil, Labor Minister assured the State must play a decisive role at the time of correcting inequalities.

Labor Minister, Carlos Tomada, took part in the opening ceremony of the “Meeting on the dialogue and cooperation between Argentina-Brazil on social protection", during which he highlighted the “public social expense in Argentina is the highest in the last thirty years”.
During the meeting, organized by the Center of Public Policies in favor of Equity and Growth and the Embassy of Brazil in Argentine, Tomada who was accompanied by Brazilian Ambassador to our country, Enio Cordeiro praised the national government achievement of having fostered social protection for the 11 M beneficiaries who until 2003 were outside the system.
He also highlighted the country’s direction in the present world critical scenario and showed persuaded that a new equation State-market-society will help us achieve development with labor, social cohesion and environmental sustainability to face the crisis”.
