“Cameron’s statements are nonsense”

Senator, Anibal Fernandez affirmed that the British Prime minister has proved to be “ignorant” and “lack all diplomatic behavior”.

He added that the “UK was unable to fulfill UN resolutions that established the negotiation of the Malvinas issue”.

He insisted “it is all a lack of respect” but “it will not prevent us from continuing on the same trend and denounce them at every international forum and meeting”.

Finally, he said that all Latin America has had gestures of support toward our country and that both MERCOSUR and UNASUR are permanently trying to find global solutions to continental problems.

Fernandez’ statements answered Cameron’s about a colonialist attitude of our country for claiming the Malvinas sovereignty and said he summoned his country’s Security Council to defend the islands free decision sovereignty right.
