He thanked the Chilean government for ratifying the decision made to ban Malvinas flag ships from their ports and remembered that Chile had been the official supporter of the issue at the UN so that Ban Ki Moon expanded the entity’s efforts to seek in the UK the recognition of UN resolutions.

He added that the UK accused the region of blockading the ports but the point is that their vessels carried a “non-recognized” flag, of an “unknown” State and Mercosur announced they would not allow those ships to enter their ports, but there is no blockade whatsoever.

He also mentioned his ratification in the post for a new period.
